Payment We accept two forms of payment, either cash on the day of cleaning, or a direct deposit two days before. Our Guarantee We guarantee our cleaning work for 4 working days from the day of the bond clean. This guarantee covers all items on our checklist, which is included on the receipt we give you at the completion of the cleaning. If you are ending you lease, our guarantee is given so that your agent has time to inspect the clean. If your agent is not completely satisfied, we will return within 24 hours. Booking our Service You can book a clean by calling Andrew on 0412-616-998, sending us an email or replying to our online quote request response. For a full clean, we usually begin at 8 or 9 o''clock in the morning and will have the job competed before the end of the day. Earlier ot later starting times can be arranged on request. We work Monday to Sunday, and service all suburbs. (no extra charge for the weekends). The day of the clean We ask that the house be empty when our bond cleaners arrive (unless you have been quoted for a furnished premises). Our cleaners will call about an hour before the clean is completed, and provide you a written guarantee and receipt. |
